Testimonials

“It has been a great success. The children use it as part of their PE lessons, but more importantly the community are using it too, forming a climbing club.”

Active Newport launched their newly refurbished gyms in November 2013. We were seeking a new product that would launch our club ahead of the local competition. Freedom climber was our answer encompassing fun, functional training and practical application. We have had a double wall installed and it has increased our functional training and unique selling point for our gym’s. The wall has been a successful installation that customers and staff enjoy using to reach their goals.

“We would like to thank Andrew and all his team at Freedom Climber for the great facility we now have in place at Dronfield Sports Centre. We already have a local school booked in on a weekly basis and other schools are looking to make bookings in the coming months. We also have 350 children from our programmed Gymnastics and pre-school Gymnastics courses using the equipment and our on-site clubs are looking at how they can utilise the area to add strength and conditioning training, as well as loads of fun, to their training plans.”

“A fantastic new facility which has been welcomed extremely well by our customers.”

“rarely a meeting goes by when the freedom climber is not being used”

“The beavers, cubs and older scouts all love to use it . It is so simple for them to use and so safe that minimum supervision is required.”

A fab piece of kit!

Having started with one wall, it soon became evident the impact it had on motivating students and in engaging them in a new activity that very few had experienced. We now have four Freedom Climbers in our Activity Zone that has brought colour, exciting graphics and high activity to wall spaces that were redundant. The Freedom Climber is used within the curriculum and OSHL programmes and add real value in supporting the learning process. It’s not often a new concept captivates young people and inspires them to take up a new activity but the Freedom Climber has done just that and continues to engage more students.
